When random run mode is active,
“!” button will show up.

Random step order mode:
2 > 1 > 4 > 3
3 > 4 > 1 > 2
1 > 4 > 2 > 3
In normal random mode, same step can be triggered more than twice.
In random step order mode, each step will be triggered once,
which means step order of sequencer block is randomized.
